Family portrait session

This year we are again offering you the opportunity to have family photographs taken, which will arrive in time for Christmas.

On Saturday 14th October the Infant School Hall will be turned into a studio, and you are welcome to bring family and friends for group portraits.

Please contact the school office (Infants or Juniors) to book a 10 minute slot between 9.00am and 1.00pm

Year 3 Drama

Lobster class in Year 3 worked in teams to act out what has happened so far in The Boy with the Bronze Axe. Then they performed the story in front of the rest of the class.

Change of Day!

The Tree Surgeon will be arriving tomorrow Tuesday 19th September to cut down the large Japanese Elm near the drive entrance of the school.

ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS

A recent tree survey has identified the large Japanese Elm near the drive entrance as being at risk of sudden failure.  Unfortunately, this means it has to be taken down.  The work will take place on Monday.  The pedestrian entrance on the infant side of the main gates will therefore be closed all day.

PGL 2017

It’s not as warm this morning, but the rain is holding off. After a big breakfast we’re back into the activities….and thinking about lunch.

Different rooms have adopted different standards of tidiness!

PGL 2017

And so it begins….

After a (reasonably) uneventful journey and a bit of bowling, we have arrived at Caythorpe Court. Despite earlier forecasts, the sun is shining! Now the task of unpacking bags – or at least unzipping them, turning them upside down and shaking.

Stay tuned…..
