Competition winner!

Congratulations to Johan in Year 1

It was show and tell morning at school today when the Cadwell Park rally and firework competition winner, Johan had some pretty unique things to show his school friends.
The Cadwell Park Safety Car was joined by the ‘Group B’ Metro 6R4 of Dan Ellmore, and after a quick recce, 5 year old Johan showed each class around both cars.
After that, Johan was presented with a framed image of his rally car livery worked up on to an actual rally car.
As if Johan and his friends weren’t excited enough, Cadwell Park also revealed that Lincoln-based RACE Performance and Allen Signs Ltd were currently working on a
real-life version of his winning rally car design, which he’ll see on Sunday at the big season finale at Cadwell Park.
We hope that we inspired a few budding motorsport stars and engineers of the future with the visit.
A big thanks to Dan for taking a morning out of preparing the Metro 6R4 for the rally on Sunday, where he will make his competitive debut in a car which is synonymous with the rally heritage at Cadwell.
Now, the countdown begins.
Tickets for the Stage Rally and Firework Spectacular are still available from http://www.cadwellpark.co.uk.
Check out their Facebook page for more information.
