Today we have celebrated Christmas in our school. Year 4’s all made Christingles which were lit at the end of our assembly.
Our S Factor finalists have entertained us all to an afternoon of singing, dance, music and magic. Pupils voted Ronnie & Hollie as our 2019 S Factor winners. We would like to thank all children who auditioned and took part.
Please find attached some helpful advice from National Online Safety regarding Social Media use.
Please ask all your friends and family (and anyone working in a Newsagents/shop) to collect them for us.
They are available until Jan 18th so we are a little behind our target at the half way point.
We will be screening Frozen Sing-Along after school in the new hall on Monday 16th December. Your child has the slip if you wish them to attend.
Collections are going well with The Sun ‘Books for Schools’ tokens.
If you and/or any friends or family are able to collect tokens, please send them into the school office each week. We are over a third of the way to the total of 3500. Tokens can be found daily until 18th January.
The Books for Schools campaign will offer 20,000 primary schools packs of 106 books with downloadable teaching resources, worth £600, from the publisher’s Collins Big Cat reading programme. The programme includes titles by Julia Donaldson, Michael Morpurgo and Benjamin Zephaniah, and HarperCollins will also add an edition of David Walliams’ picture book There’s a Snake in my School to each pack.
